Product · AiceChain · NFC + reconciliation

The shipment leaving your warehouse
is already locked.

AiceChain closes the only moment where the dispatch note, the label, the sensor and the real cargo have to match: when the pallet is built and loaded.

  • Zero CAPEX
  • Same hardware as AiceTag
  • Digital handover signed at the dock

The diagnosis

Four worlds that rarely meet.

When a shipment leaves your warehouse, four things actually leave at once: the electronic dispatch note your office issued, the printed label the picker stuck on, the sensor or identifier traveling with the pallet, and the real physical cargo — concrete boxes, specific lots, individual products. When those four worlds do not formally meet at shipment time, the shipper pays the difference. In credit notes for shrinkage you can't refute. In sanitary rejections you can't accredit. In carrier disputes you lose by inertia, because nobody measured in time.

AiceChain forces the four worlds to converge at the only moment where it is possible: when the pallet is built and loaded.

How it works

Three components. One operational convergence.

Same NFC hardware as AiceTag. What changes is the operational moment where it is used.

01 →

Sovereign memory. NFC tag on the pallet. In the Cold variant it logs continuous temperature throughout the trip. In the Logistics variant it serves as an immutable identity anchor for the pallet.

02 →

Commissioning in one or two taps. Mobile app at the dock. Live reconciliation against the electronic dispatch note (DTE). Three capture modes per shipment: homogeneous (a single SKU), mixed (several SKUs in the same pallet), bulk (individual boxes without pallet).

03 →

Automatic post-closing reconciliation. Cloud platform. Compliance reports ready. Carrier scorecards with history. Forensic dossier exportable when there is a dispute.

Everything is designed for the real dock: one-handed operation, works with gloves, runs at -20 °C, offline-first, redundant feedback. Because the cleanest evidence is useless if the operator has to choose between doing their job and complying with the system.

Differentiators

Two pillars you won't find in another datalogger.

Pillar 01

Active reconciliation, not passive.

Other products record what happened: temperature, location, events. We validate, at shipment time, that what is physically built matches what is declared on the dispatch note. The gap between "what the paper says" and "what leaves the dock" closes before the truck rolls.

Pillar 02

Public triple chain of trust.

Each digital shipment record is anchored in three independent signatures: the DTE signature inherited from SII, the operator signature who closed the pallet, and an anchor on the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. Any auditor anywhere in the world can verify the record with free public tools — without depending on our commercial survival.

Two flavors

Same platform, two operational profiles.

AiceChain is configured differently depending on whether what you move requires temperature logging or only shipment traceability.

Flavor A Continuous temperature logging

AiceChain Cold

For refrigerated exporters, refrigerated national retail and cold-chain distributors. Continuous temperature logging across the chain, reconciled at the dock.

Covers FSMA 204 (USA), GACC 280 (China), EUDR (EU), HACCP, BRC.
Flavor B

AiceChain Logistics

For distribution, dry retail, non-refrigerated pharma and B2B e-commerce. Shipment traceability and chain of custody without a thermal sensor.

Covers Dispatch audits, regulated non-refrigerated export, EUDR.

How to start

Three ways in, whatever your current setup.

AiceChain doesn't force you to buy new identifiers or change how you code your pallets. We work on top of what you already have.

Type A

You already have a GS1 prefix.

We connect to the SSCC you already use. Faster setup for companies with their own GS1 coding.

  • We connect to the SSCC you already use
  • You use your own identifier range
  • Faster setup (1–2 weeks)
Start with Type A →
Type C

Sovereign proprietary identifiers.

Useful when the buyer doesn't require GS1. Simpler setup, lower portability across external actors.

Your path within the platform

If AiceChain isn't the step you need today, BorealBelt has the other two.

AiceTag

Start here

NFC on the pallet + mobile app. One tap records the full thermal curve. No gateway, no signal, nothing in the warehouse.
